Perfect for runners looking to experience the thrill of high mountain terrain, our one-day skyrunning course is an intensive introduction to the sport. Based in one of the UK’s stunning upland regions, the day combines practical skills with hands-on guidance from qualified mountaineering instructors. You’ll cover safe movement over technical ground, efficient uphill and downhill techniques, basic navigation, and how to choose the right kit for mountain conditions. The day will be spend on grade 1 -2 scrambling ground looking at ascending and descending skills.
